Coarse and Medium grits (100/180) for shaping and finishing thick natural nails, toenails, acrylics and gels.

For Professional Results: To reduce nail length and quickly shape the nail, use the Coarse (100) grit.

File each nail from corner to center in one direction.

Do not use a back-and-forth, sawing motion.

To smooth rough edges, use the Medium (180) grit in the same manner.

For the smoothest, most precise finish, only file nails while they are dry

 After use, gently wash the file surface with warm, soapy water and air dry.
