FOR PROFESSIONAL RESULTS Soak feet in warm, soapy water to clean and soften skin. Using gentle pressure, scrub calluses with the Coarse side of the file. Smooth rough skin with the Fine side of the file. The file is most effective when used wet. For additional exfoliation, the file can be used with a foot scrub.
