Using gentle pressure, scrub calluses with the Coarse side of the file.

Smooth rough skin with the Fine side of the file.

The file is most effective when used wet.

For additional exfoliation, the file can be used with a foot scrub.

When finished, rinse feet, pat them dry and apply foot cream or lotion.
