Taupe, grey, black, brown and all the other chic shades can be worn on their own or blended with a black kajal pencil to give your gaze added depth and mystery.The palette includes warm and cool shades that suit all eye colours, from light blue to dark brown. When I create a smokey eye, I generally start by applying a warm shade over the whole eyelid – I love salmon pink or chocolate brown because it makes the eyes look more three-dimensional. The darker shades – grey and black – are great for creating a cool graphic effect, and here’s a pro tip: use a damp brush.
